Toscana Project in Arizona strikes a chord with Canadian buyers

Canadian couple, Virginia and Danny Wong wanted a warm spot to escape from the cold Canadian winters – an easy-to- access destination with plenty of entertainment, dining and shopping.

The single level plans, landscaping, security, heated pools and on-site management – along with proximity to shopping, restaurants and golf – made Toscana an attractive proposition.

September 11th – Patriots Day

September 11th is Patriots Day and is recognized as the official day of remembrance for the brave men and women who have lost their lives during the horrific World Trade Center collisions. Each year on this day, American flags are flown at half-staff to honor and commemorate those lives lost. Desert Ridge Community Park Grand Re-Opening

Toscana is known for being rich in amenities, some of which even extend off our property!

Recently, Statesman’s own Jeff Holland, along with the City of Phoenix, the Desert Ridge Community Association and a host of other community stakeholders and partners participated in paving the way for improvements at nearby Cashman Park.

Scheduled for a grand-reopening ceremony Saturday, October 4, our 10-acre community park will boast an updated playground, resurfaced basketball courts, a new fitness obstacle course, new shade structures, park benches, ramadas and restrooms make sure this is an enjoyable community resource for our residents.
