THIS REGISTRATION IS VALID FOR STATESMAN NEW DEVELOPMENTS AND THE CLIENT AND ENTITLES THE REGISTERED BROKER TO A THREE PERCENT (3%) COMMISSION ON THE BASE SALES PRICES. WE WILL HONOR REGISTRATIONS FOR THIRTY (30) DAYS FROM THE DATE OF THIS REGISTRATION UNDER THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS:
EXECUTION BY THE BUYER'S AGENT OF THIS REGISTRATION CONSTITUTES THE AGREEMENT BY BUYER'S BROKER AND AGENT TO INDEMNIFY, DEFEND, AND HOLD HARMLESS SELLER FOR, FROM, AND AGAINST ANY AND ALL CLAIMS, CHARGES, COSTS, FEE OBLIGATIONS, DAMAGES, LIABILITIES, EXPENSES, AND ATTORNEY FEES INCURRED OR SUSTAINED BY SELLER ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE ACTIONS, ERRORS, OMISSIONS, OR MISTAKES OF THE BUYER'S BROKER, AGENT AND/OR THEIR REPRESENTATIVES OR EMPLOYEES WITH RESPECT TO OR IN CONNECTION WITH THIS SALES TRANSACTION.
AGENCY DISCLOSURE: SALES AGENTS WORKING AT THE STATESMAN DEVELOPMENT'S SOLELY REPRESENT THE SELLER AND NOT THE BUYER. SELLER DOES NOT USE SUB-AGENTS; THEREFORE, THE BELOW NAMED BUYER'S BROKER AND BUYER'S BROKER AGENT ARE THE EXCLUSIVE AGENTS OF THE BUYERS.
